We have started out as a small unregistered partnership firm in 2019 (Copy provided to Cyber police) as M&A Consultant. We gain some client & decided to start LLP in 2022 only.. we had simple organic website created with google sites i.e. BaruthaLLP.com in 2022 (LLP document provided to Cyber police). In 2023 october only, we have decided to operate as full-service law firm under the name Barutha&Barutha Partners & hired a freelance coder to design a proper website with name Barutha&Barutha.com for our firm but he said i can modifiy your old website in beautiful law firm's portal in 1 day at low cost only (Email chat supplied to cyber police). So we agreed. On october 28, we asked him to create Career section for 10 job hirings only but he himself mentioned superficial hiring numbers on which we have strongly objected to delete & he reverted to us that he will delete after checking site proficiency. Meanwhile I also posted on linkedin about job openings but no superficial number was there you can check. After 15-20 minutes he created fake profilings under "team section" using some tools & at this moment we realized that he has blatantly misused us. we asked him to delete this fake profiling immediately but he reverted us, that it will attract more users to our sites (Email copy supplied to cyber police). He had access to our linkedin a/cs as well for some social media integration to this website & he also misused that by changing our partner's profile pic without consent (Linkedin abuse report supplied to cyber police). When we strictly asked him to provide us our email ids & website data.. he refused & asked for 10 bitcoins (Email Copy supplied to cyber police). He threatened me to ruin my career if i don't pay the Bitcoin. And he successfully did this. Meanwhile we were receiving job applications to whom we've accessed honestly. We have decide to file Criminal FIR & court case against this guy & those who anonymously creating fake hatred about us without knowing the whole story. We now came to know that he is Sri-lankan guy. He ruined my 4 years of hardwork. Some LegallyIndia website users spreading fake & hatred about me from last 2-3 days i.e. since the launch of website without knowing anything, like someone has paid them to do this.

I couldn't eat well from last 3 days. He is still posting threat messages against me to ruin my career using www.BaruthaLLP.com page. you guys can check. I am so sick & tired of receiving all the hatred messages on my linkedin profile from many unknown users. My 4 years has been ruined. My image has been ruined. I have family who loves me. My request to everyone.. Please Don't spread hatred without knowing whole story. you never know how scary is this to me & how much scared i am right now. My image has been completed decimated. Never Judge a person for a situation in which you have never been. God help us!
